1. About Us Quilltastic is a UK-based custom sublimation printing service. By using our website at quilltastic.com you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Orders All products are made to order and personalised to your specifications. We accept orders via our online enquiry form. An order is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.
3. Your Design By uploading a design or image, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. Quilltastic accepts no liability for copyright infringement caused by customer-supplied designs.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Turnaround & Delivery Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds As all products are personalised, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty item with photographic evidence.
7. Liability Quilltastic’s liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
